Shipping Returns
Shipping / Delivery:

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery. Customers are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving.
Customers must include a full address including apartment number as applicable.
All items are shipped FOB point-of-shipment freight prepaid using EMS Global Shipping.
Sneakers2world.com packages will be delivered by either USPS or by Fedex. A signature is required for the package. If no one is home, the package can be picked up at the post office (bring ID).
After payment is received it will go through a 48-72 hour processing period which starts the following business day. Once the Processing Phase is complete, please allow 5-12 days for arrival of merchandise.
Customers will receive an email from Sneakers2world.com when their order is processed and shipped.
All products are shipped from Hong Kong or China unless they are available on hand.
Shipping is 22usd per item ordered, unless specified, also you can choose the Fedex express service
Sneakers2world.com will never ship COD.
Due to the amount of fraudulent orders we have been receiving we will ONLY ship to credit card holders address, thank you for your understanding.

All items sent with EMS automatically have $100 insurance for FREE.

United States and Canada: EMS shipping usually 5-7 days.

International Shipping: EMS shipping usually 7-10 days.

All items are sent with tracking numbers.

Note: Because of the mass volume of orders each day, buyers have the option of requesting tracking after 1-2 days after payment is received to Sneakers2world@hotmail.com or US/Canada buyers can wait 5-7 days and International buyers 7-20 days for shipment to arrive. Again we do not automatically send out tracking after product is processed so if buyers want to know the status of their shipment day by day then we ENCOURAGE you to contact us for tracking. Thanks.

Customers Requesting Shipment to: Netherlands, Italy and countries outside of Asia, North America, must contact us for shipping cost before ordering.

Please note that it is the buyers sole responsibility to check the tracking and retrieve the package from the post office if USPS does not hand deliver it, failure to do so will result in the package being returned to sender and additional shipping charges will apply to the buyer.

Return Policy:

Sneakers2world.com does NOT offer refunds on any products purchased, Exchanges can be made on defective or damaged merchandise, we do not offer color or style exchanges see below.
Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect, wrong color/size was sent, or any mistake made on the part of Sneakers2world.com
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors are darker/lighter than pictured, item had minor color differences from the picture, item does not fit (see below for more info), I would rather have a different item.
Customers are required to email us within 3 days of receiving their products if they need to make an exchange.
No refunds on any orders placed.
If the error is not made on the part of Sneakers2world.com, the customer is responsible for a $35 restocking fee per item.
If you refuse the arrival of your package, you will not receive your money back because the product will not come back to us. No further explanation or negotiations in regard to this matter.
All sales are final - ask any questions you have before ordering to limit and prevent any problems.
